Whilst it is business as usual here at AHYC, there are significant delays within the Australia Post system at present.
Whilst we are experiencing higher volumes of orders at present, we are still posting frequently, although you may find some items are out of stock due to delays from overseas shipments of yarn and supplies.
After your items have been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via the email address you ordered with. If you have a query about your order, you can check the status of your parcel via this number. Please check your spam or junk folder incase it has landed there.
Your items are being dispatched from South Australia, parcels travelling to WA, TAS and QLD are therefore taking some time due to the lack of domestic flights available for transport.
If you are concerned about the status of your order, and you are unable to track it via the Australia Post website, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
EXPRESS POST: If you are in a hurry for a particular order, we can certainly post it via express post, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to facilitate this. It will still take longer than the usual express post deliveries, but it will be faster than regular postage during these times.
